Scott McNaughton is lead for the Regulatory Innovation Demonstrator Projects (Artificial Intelligence and Rules as Code) on the Canada School of Public Service. He has a background in design pondering, AI and coverage and acts as the translator between the regulatory nerds and the tech nerds.
